Worship Page
Worship at Christ Lutheran is rooted in our name.  The good news of Christ is at the center of worship at CLC, though the forms and style of worship may vary.  We are also proud of our Lutheran heritage, where the emphasis of salvation by grace through faith permeates every facet of our life together.

Traditional Service
Our traditional service is liturgical in structure and the music and hymns are usually led by the organ.  Services are from Evangelical Lutheran Worship, our hymnal.

Contemporary Service
This service is led by our praise band, inviting the congregation to join with them in our worship and praise of God.  Hymn lyrics are projected on a screen and the atmosphere is more relaxed and participatory.

A Place at The Table
On the last Sunday of each month, folks from both services gather together for a single blended service we call "A Place at the Table."  Here, we celebrate our unity and our diversity in Christ with music and worship forms from a variety of times, places and traditions.  Following the service, the entire congregation gathers in the fellowship hall to share a meal for all ages, prepared by volunteers.

Advent & Lent
During the seasons of Advent (before Christmas) and Lent (before Easter), we also set aside time to center ourselves with a brief midweek evening prayer service preceded by a simple meal of soup and bread.

Not sure which worship service is right for you?  You are welcome to come and check things out for yourself.  A warm greeting on your way in and a warm beverage on your way out will be waiting for you and your companions.
